Define File and Folder.
File:
A file is a collection of related information or resources used for storing information. Every computer file has its unique name i.e. “Chapter 1” and extension i.e “doc”.
Folder:
A folder is a virtual location where files and other folders can be located. Computers with an Apple, Microsoft Windows, or other GUI operating system have folders to help users store and organize their files. For example there may be a folder named “Songs” to store number of Song or a folder with name “Computer 9th to store different MS word and image files.
Difference between “Copy” and “Cut” Command.
The “Cut” command is used to remove the selected text physically from its original location to places it in a new location while the “Copy” command is used to make a copy of the selected text and places the copy in a new location, leaving the original text in its original location.
The short cut for Cut command is :Ctrl +X” while the short cut Copy command is “Ctrl + C”
Note:
The “Past” option for both the CUT and COPY command is same. Its short cut is “Ctrl + V”
What is Installation process?
The process by which different programs or data of a software are copied and installed to a computer system is called Installation process. The Installation process took variant time depending on the size and type of installed program or software.
