HEC will conduct a test on 21st August 2022 under the direction of the honourable Supreme Court. That exam is called HEC SEE Law Test. Roll Number Slip Download for HEC See-Law Exams 2022

Applicants who register through the HEC online registration process can download their Roll Number Slip from http://www.hec.gov.pk, and the same shall also be sent to their registered email address a week before the test date. An email or SMS will be sent to registered applicants with an exam date, time and location. Candidates must submit a valid mobile or email address when filling out an online form for application. A copy of the Roll Number Slip and the original CNIC is required to enter the Examination Centre on the test day.

The test will take place in the provincial and federal capital cities. Candidates may choose an examination centre from the options available on the form for application. The test centre that is selected is not altered.

How to Register for HEC SEE Law Test 2022

  • Please visit the following link: http://etc.hec.gov.pk for online registration.
  • If you experience any issues when registering online, visit the online assistance hec.gov.pk or go to HEC Secretariat or contact HEC local centres to receive service.
  • Only applications submitted online will be considered in the SEE-Law Test.
  • A testing cost of Rs. 5000/- will be deposited via ATM or online into account no. 01127900567403, Account Title: Higher Education Commission, Bank: Habib Bank Limited, Branch Code: 0112
  • The applicants must provide their original fee deposit slip via courier to Room No. 13-209 on the 2nd floor of the HRD Building, HEC, H-8 Islamabad, by the end of the registration date.”
  • Please include your CNIC number on the reverse of the slip of deposit.
  • The test fee is not refundable and cannot be transferred.

Other Requirements/Conditions 

  • A score of 50% is necessary to qualify for an exam called the Special Equivalence Examination {EE Law).
  • The applicants must satisfy other requirements, if any, according to these Rules and Regulations of the Pakistan Bar Council.
  • The applicants will have the chance to take three times to pass the test. HEC will conduct the test two times a year, the first in February and then in August next year.
  • People who have graduated with a Bachelor’s or equivalent degree from a foreign college or institution that HEC/PBC recognizes are qualified to participate. HEC SEE Law Test will take place on August 21 2022.

See-Law HEC 2022

The Higher Education Commission (HEC) is conducting a Special Equivalence Test (SEE-Law) 2021-22 for Law graduates from foreign universities under the directions of the Honourable Supreme Court. The law graduates of foreign universities/institutions recognized by the HEC/PBC are required to pass the Special Equivalence Examination before appearing in Law Graduate Assessment Test (LAW-GAT), which is mandatory to apply to the Bar Council for enrollment as an Advocate. Eligibility Criteria for Special Equivalence Examination (SEE-Law) 2022

  • Anyone who has completed their Bachelor’s or equivalent degree from a foreign institution or institution that HEC/PBC recognizes is qualified to apply.
  • Law graduates from international universities/institutions accredited by the HEC/PBC must first take and pass the Special Equivalence Examination before they may apply to the Bar Council to be enrolled as an Advocate and accept the Law Graduate Assessment Test (LAW-GAT)
