The Federal Ministry of Religious Affair announced the complete details about Hajj Policy during the month of April and now as per the announced schedule, it has successfully conducted the lucky draw. Today, the government of Pakistan will reveal the results of the Hajj application since thousands of people have submitted applications and are waiting for the outcome.
While talking to the media, The Federal Minister of Religious Affair Sardar Muhammad Yousaf revealed that more than 1 lac individuals from all over Pakistan will travel to Saudi Arabia this year in order to perform Hajj. The registration procedure to apply for Pakistan Government Hajj Scheme 2023 began as per the announced schedule during which the interested individuals were required to obtain and then submit an application form from any of the 10 specified banks.
Hajj balloting results for 2023 draws of Hajj balloting results in 2023 Draws for Government Hajj Scheme 2023 have been announced on the 15th of May 2023 at 3:00 pm. Today all Hajj hopefuls can view the dates of their draws for 2023. To view the Hajjinfo.org 2023 Results, please input your ‘CNIC No. or your Hajj Application No. for your results. A message of congratulations will be displayed if your name is chosen to be one of the finalists. Your family has been chosen to participate in Hajj in 2023. This is a thanksgiving from Allah. Once the registration form submission procedure was completed, the official authority reviewed the received application in order to ensure the authenticity of the information provided in them, and any application found incomplete or ambiguous was eliminated from the selection procedure immediately.
The final draw for Pakistan Government Hajj Scheme is scheduled to take place in April 2023 so you will have to wait in order to see whether your name is included among those lucky individuals who will perform Hajj this year or not. When it comes to other policies related to the scheme, no major changes have been made to the last year’s policy as it was quite successful and the federal ministry decided to continue it. Once the final Hajj Scheme 2023 result will be announced, the selected individuals will need to have a Computerized National Identity Card and a legal Passport otherwise their names will be eliminated from the list.

Check the Hajj 2023’s waiting list for ballots here. A notice like “WAITING MERIT LIST” will be displayed if you’re not selected. The “Hajj 2023 waiting for merit list” is your group. Your name appears on the wait list when in the “waiting” state. If a selected pilgrim cannot get to Mecca on time for Hajj or the Hajj, the other people on the waitlist are picked. If you’d like to view the Hajj Ballot Results for 2023, you can input your CNIC and/or Hajj Application Number below. At three p.m. on the 15th of May 2023, the Hajj Ballot Results 2023 will be posted on the internet. This year’s Hajj Draws will be broadcast live from 3:00 pm on the 15th of May. Religious Ministry will announce the list of the successful candidates to be eligible for Hajj 2023.

How can I check my Hajj status?
All pilgrims can get their Hajj permit by going through the Absher portal using these simple steps:
- Go to your Absher portal.
- Sign into the service.
- Enter the civil registration numbers, along with your date of birth. Then, select the option to issue Hajj Permits’
- If everything is in place If everything is in order, you’ll be able to download or print out your Hajj permit
- There are also talks of Saudi authorities using the Nusuk application to issue Hajj permits. But no official confirmation has yet been confirmed.
What is the Hajj merit waiting list?
The Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony has released Hajj Rolloting List for 2023 – Today. This year, 32000 aspiring Hajj Pilgrims from 63666 will perform Hajj in accordance with the Government Scheme.

AOA, I think no other option for unsuccessful people in hajj draw. An other way for employees of lower grade is to apply through their Organization for employee quota. Last date for application is 22 May 2017.

I guess 20,000 candidate are in different groups are in Waiting list. Their Success or rejection is just linked to Sind court decision. There is no more balloting, once you hears in new the SHC approve government 60% quota, then i think you should check online and will find your application showing CONGRATULATION…… Inshalalh

Last year supreme court ruled out decision on restoring pvt hgo quota to 50% on 3rd May 2016 mean 6 later the designated balloting date. So we may expect similar time. Since passport need submit for visa stamp 10th May,i dont think it will take long time interrupting hajj activities.
Thank you so much yasar. I have read the new paper today and I pray to Allah Almighty that we people in the waiting list get approval for hajj. Also pak government has appealed the saudi government for extra 15k quota. If alloted then it might be given to private organisations.

Some information regarding waiting list candidates:
Due to a court case filed by private Hajj operators over cut in their quota, the ministry held draw only against 50 percent of its quota. Applicants for the remaining 10 percent quota will be decided after the court decision.
You mean waiting list candidates are also selected if 60% quota awarded to Government otherwise they are not selected?
Respected Yasir, there is an update. The remaining candidate which are 17 thousands in the waiting list are selected and waiting for Sindh high court decision over private or public quota. There will not be any other balloting.
I hope government win this case so that remaining 17k pilgrims can visit the holy place this year. InshaAllah we’ll go to Makkah this year.

Brothers, I am also in waiting list. What I have understood from the statement is, if the case is won by government in the court then there will be another draw for remaining 10% quota.
If private Hajj operators, won this case in their favor then there will not be any balloting second time. And that quota will be awarded to private sector.
Naveed sahab, I read this news 2 hours ago on Samaa. It is on their website as well. Not sure when court will conclude their proceedings on this. I’ll keep my eye on this. Most probably it should happen before 10th May 2017. As selected applicants have to submit their passports to the banks by May 10.
