ISSB Physical test Requirements

The candidates must qualify the following physical standards at the time of preliminary selection:

  1. 1.6 Km Run – 8 ½ minutes
  2. Push Ups – 15 repetitions in 2 minutes
  3. Sit Ups – 15 repetitions in 2 minutes
  4. Chin Ups – 3 repetitions in 2 minutes
  5. Ditch Crossing – 7’.4” x 7’.4” with a depth of 4’
  6. Minimum Height – 5’- 4“ (162.5 cm)
  7. Weight – As per the Body Mass Index

ISSB Test Preparation Guide

But before you start the preparation for the test, first you should take a look at the requirements that you must fulfill in order to become eligible for the test. Students should study for the ISSB first test. Only those students who meet the ISSB required standards in physical and mental fitness are eligible to begin their preparations. Everyone applying should prepare for the ISSB test by portion and then step by step. ISSB primary test comprises the Aptitude Test, a Verbal Intelligence test, and nonverbal intelligence. In Pakistan, it is a typical practice of academies in which students study their various forces tests, including ISSB. Study these notes, and adhere to their instructions. ISSB Written Test Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum marks of 60 per cent in FA/FSc or similar.
  • Candidates who have earned 60% or higher marks in BA / BSc BA/BSc (Hons) and BBA or BPA, having 50% marks in FA or FSc, are qualified for PMA Long Course.
  • Citizen from Pakistan and permanent resident from Azad and Gilgit Baltistan fulfilling the following guidelines for age: Intermediate having an age between 17 and 22. Graduates (2 years of the program) with a range of age from 17 to 23 years. Graduates (4 years of the program) range from 17 to 24 years old.
