Inter Services Selection Board (ISSB) is a a official committee which is responsible for making new recruitments for all armed forces of Pakistan including Navy, Air Force and Army. For this purpose, ISSB has set a specific selection procedure having some certain standards which are compulsory for all the applicants to meet in order to become eligible for any of the available posts. As per announced selection procedure, the candidates undergo a fave days of psychological screening to test the aptitude, personality and ability of a candidates.
The initial tests are conducted at any of the three centers namely Malir, Kohat and Gujranwala. Individuals who clear the psychological training, are then allowed to appear in a medical test which is followed by the remaining selection procedures.
