The Punjab Police has invited applications from suitable candidates who are interested in joining the department at the posts of Junior Clerk. For this purpose, the notification by the recruitment department has been issued and the registration process has also begun.
The recruitment procedure for Junior Clerk posts first began during November last year but in order to ensure that the selections are made purely on merit, the Punjab Police Department has decided to restart the whole registration and selection procedure under the supervision of National Testing Service (NTS). So all the individuals who had applied for these jobs last year, are now required to submit their applications again under new instructions.
The announced jobs are for both males and females for which they have to fulfill a certain eligibility criteria related to age and qualification which has been mentioned below.
Males:
Age Limit: 18 to 30 years
Qualification & Experience: Matric with minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute.
Females:
Age Limit: 18 to 33 years
Qualification & Experience: ICS and Computer Diploma holders will be given preference.
So if you are interested in joining the Punjab Police department as Junior Clerk, you can download the application form online from the official website of National Testing Service (NTS) and submit it to the NTS Headquarter, Islamabad via courier. Once the registration process will be completed, the candidates will then go through a three stage selection procedure consisting of Type test, Written test and Interview. The candidates who will clear the final stage of interview will then appear in a medical exam and the ones who will be found completely fit, will be considered eligible for the jobs.
