The National Testing Service (NTS) was established in 2002 and since then it has been organizing different tests for various purposes like admission, scholarships and recruitment etc. NTS has established itself as a very well-reputed institute due to its efficiency, accuracy, effectiveness and reliability.
The Graduate Assessment Test GAT-GENERAL is for seeking Higher Education Commission (HEC) scholarship schemes and admissions in M/Phil while Graduate Assessment Test GAT-SUBJECT is for admission in Ph.D programs.
The validity of both tests is for the next two years from the day to exams and after two years, the candidates will have to pass the GAT tests again in order to seek admission.
The minimum education required to become eligible for appearing in a GAT-General test is sixteen years while for GAT-SUBJECT the minimum education has to be of eighteen years.
Remember that along with passing these tests, the candidates will also have to fulfill the other criteria too in order to qualify for admission in universities or a HEC scheme. So we strongly suggest to everyone that you prepare well for your GAT test as it is not a easy one to pass if you are not properly prepared.
