The Punjab University has announced the registration process and eligibility criteria of private candidates for M.A Part 1 and 2. According to the officially announced schedule, the registration of private candidates with single fee for the annual 2018 M.A Part 1 and 2 examination.

After failing to get registered till the first announced date, the candidates will have to pay a extra fee of Rs. 500 along with the original registration fee of Rs. 2500 to get themselves registered till 3rd March. If still not able to get registered, the late fee will increase to Rs. 1000 after 4th March.

The subjects in which private candidates can attempt the M.A examination under the supervision of Punjab University include Urdu, English, Islamiat, Punjabi, Math, Arabic, History, Persian, Philosophy, French, Economics, Political Sciences.
To qualify for attending the M.A part 1,2 examination, there is a certain eligibility criteria that every candidate has to fulfill otherwise he/she will not be granted the permission of attempting the examination.
- The candidates must have B.A/ B.Sc or equivalent degree.
- Those candidates whom result has been announced after September, are not eligible for M.A exams registration.
