General Terms & Conditions:

• Interested applicants are required to apply from the given prescribed format which can be obtained from the following image posted below.
• Recruitment policy will be made according to according to the contract  policy 2004 of Govt of Punjab.
• Duly filled application form should be sent by attaching the copy of CNIC, domicile, educational and experience certificates and latest passport size photographs should be pasted in the application form and reach at the proper address.
• For each post send separate application forms.
• The applicants who are applying against quota so they must mention the name of that quota.
• The number of the posts can be increased or decreased.
• Late and incomplete applications will be rejected.
• The applicants who are giving the applications against any of the quota needs to write the name of that quota.
• No TA/DA will be admissible to the applicants.
• At the time of interview original documents should be brought.
