Admission into various classes is subject to qualifying written Test from the subjects given below followed by an Interview and Medical Examination: 

a.    Admissions in Class V to IX

  1. English
  2. Urdu
  3. Mathematics
  4. General Science
 b.     Admissions in Class XI

  1. English
  2. Urdu
  3. Computer Science/Chemistry
  4. Mathematics/Biology

Entry Tests are conducted according to requisite academic standard of the class for which the candidate has applied. The candidates who apply for admission shall be communicated exact time, date and center of the written examination and interview through call letter/admit card. Admission is purely on open-merit system for all the candidates appearing from all parts of the country and abroad.

However, the results are kept confidential. The criterion of the Selection Committee cannot be challenged. Candidates who qualify Entry Test and Interview are issued Joining Letters along with the instructions and exact date / Time to join the College. At the time of joining the College, all the relevant documents/certificates must be completed.

The candidates may use only the prescribed Forms (attached with the Prospectus) to apply for admission in any class as mentioned above.

note: – 

The College Authorities reserves the right to cancel admission of any candidate if any of the information given in the prescribed form or documents/ certificates attached are found fake.

Guidelines for Entrance Test

  1. Entrance Test will consist of three portions:-

    1. Written objective (Multiple Choice Questions)  –  Marks 100, Time 1 Hour
    2. Written Subjective                                     –  Marks 100, Time 1 Hour
    3. Interview

  2. Both Forms of written test will include questions from the subject mentioned above out of the syllabus of the lower class / grade than the Class for which admission is sought.

  3. Subjective written test will include minimum two questions from the subjects mentioned above including paragraph or application / letter writing in English and Urdu both etc. (For Model papers see enclosures)

Eligibility and Age

For admission to any class, a candidate must either be studying in that class or have passed the last lower class at the time of applying for admission. The age of the candidate at the time of applying for admission must be as mentioned below: 

a.    Class – V        9 – 10 years    d.  Class – VIII             13 – 14 years

b.    Class – VI      10 – 11 years    e.  Class – IX               14 – 15 years

c.    Class – VII     11 – 12 years    f.   Class – XI               17 – 18 years
