PTAP Admissions 2023 Deadlines

August 9th, 2023 is the last day to apply for PTAP Pharmacy and BSc Engineering programs Admission programs. September 15th, 2023 is the deadline to apply for PTAP MBBS and BDS Admission 2023. You can download application forms from the EAD website.

Economic Affairs Division EAD has announced admissions to MBBS, Pharmacy and BSc Engineering at Universities of Pakistan for Pakistanis with foreign nationality. Only a few seats are available for the medical, dentistry, pharmacy (D. Pharmacy) and B.Sc. disciplines. For the Session 2023-22, Engineering is available to students of Pakistan Origin with foreign nationality.

General eligibility criteria for PTA Admissions 2023

• Valid proof of foreign citizenship (parent and self) must be provided
• You must have proof of Pak-Origin, such as a Pakistan Origin card/ NADRA L.D.Card/ Pakistani Passport.
• You must have taken and passed the 12 grade exam or an equivalent exam from another country.
• Updated/latest application form which can be downloaded from EAD’s website www.ead.gov.pk should preferably be typed & printed and submitted in quadruplicate, along with attested copies of the following documents:-
• HSSC or equivalent certificate along with detailed marks certificate/transcripts.
• Inter Board Committee of Chairman issued Equivalence Certificate in the case of foreign qualification.
• Foreign Nationality, Self, or Parent (foreign passports, citizenship certificates, etc. The green card is not acceptable as proof of foreign citizenship.
• Pak-Origin Proof (Pakistani Passport ld. Card, etc.)
• To be eligible for admission to the B.Sc. program, you must have a valid TOEFL/IELTS scorecard. Engineering in the event that English is not the medium of instruction.

 PTAP General Conditions

To be eligible for admission, candidates must meet these conditions:

1) You must have valid proof of foreign nationality (parent and self)

2) You must have proof of Pak-Origin, in the form of a Pakistan Origin Card/ Nadra ID Card/ Pakistani Passport.

3) Must have passed the 12th grade or equivalent exam from an overseas country.

The Pakistan Technical Assistance Program is a bilateral and multilateral program that provides assistance to developing countries. Its primary responsibility is to administer civilian foreign aid. It provides assistance to Pakistani partnering countries who have diplomatic relations with Pakistan by providing financial donations, training and expertise. The programme has distributed foreign aid to 65 countries since its inception in the 1950s.
