Bakhtawar Cadet College For Girls Admission 2021 Application Form

Bakhtawar Cadet College for Girls Benazirabad has open admissions 2021 for Class 8^th the first Cadet College for Girls in Pakistan. PAF air vice Marshal said that Bakhtawar Girls Cadet College (BGCC) is a first of its kind in Pakistan. More than 300 female students will be given admission in the college and classes of first batch will start in 2021 approximately. He said while addressing to the Board of Directors of BGCC that Shafiq Ahmed Ansari will be the principal and Shahzad Ahmed Memon will be the admin officer. He also directed to quickly complete the construction work of admin block, 2 hostels and academic block and told that admission forms can be submitted in the PAF offices from around Pakistan. Local students will get 60% quota and other 40% quota is reserved for the students of other parts of Pakistan.

Admission Policy:

The college functions under the command and control of Board of Governors (BoG). Air Officer Commanding, Southern Air Command, PAF, is the Chairman BoG. Presently, Air Vice Marshal Salman Ahsan Bokhari, SI(M), holds the office of Chairman BoG. The Principal of the college officiates as the Secretary BoG.

The admission is strictly on merits and on quota allocation. The admission is also subject to clearance of Entrance Test which is taken before admission.

Admissions are opened only once a year for admitting girls for Class VIII. Subject to fulfillment of the general conditions and schedule are given below:

• Announcement

Opening of admissions is normally announced through the leading English, Urdu and Sindhi Newspapers in December to January every year.

• Entry

Admissions are restricted to Class VIII only.

• Eligibility

Aspirant’s parents  of admission have   domiciled in Sindh are entitled to apply for admission against seats reserved for residents of each administrative Division viz Shaheed   Benazirabad, Mirpurkhas, Hyderabad, Karachi, Sukkur & Larkana and 4% seats are reserved for KPK, 4% for Punjab, 4% for Balochistan, 4% for Gilgit, 4% for FATA, whereas 5% seats are   reserved for Armed Forces and 5% seats are reserved for college staff (if any).

• Age and Grade/Class

             Candidates’ age must be between 12  and 14 years as on 1st April, in the year of admission.

• Candidates must have passed Class VII at the time of admission. However, applications of such girls, who are studying in Class VII, can be accepted provisionally.

Written Test

• Candidates appear in written test for Mathematics, English, and Elementary Science, either in Urdu/Sindhi (as per candidates’ choice). Elementary Science & Mathematics papers can be attempted in English/Urdu/ Sindhi. All papers will carry 100 marks each. The duration of each paper will be of an hour.
• The level of test is up to the standard of Class VII for entry in Class VIII. Model Test Papers for general guidance are included in the college Prospectus, but any question considered suitable for the test can be set in any form.
• Examination center for the written test will be College Campus.

Fee Structure:

The college fee is payable on quarterly (3 monthly) basis in advance. The fee will be deposited by parents in favor of Principal Bakhtawar Cadet College for Girls Bank Account in National Bank of Pakistan, Main Branch Benazirabad (as notified in fee voucher) by 10th of issuing month as per the following details.

1. College fee (03 months) is RS  42,000/-

b.Additional Charges:

1. Admission fee (one time only) non-refundable Rs10,000/-
2. Security Deposit at the time of

  admission (refundable)  Rs10,000/-

iii.  College Prospectus Fee  Rs2,000/-

1. M&R (Annual) Fee Rs2,000/-
